TickX were in need of a clear strategic approach and messaging framework that supported their business model of transparency and convenience.

Like most comparison sites, ticket availability can be seen across a wealth of ‘competitors’ so that users always see the true event availability and can price match for the best deal. TickX goes beyond this model by allowing users to customise their experience and sync their music library to offer suggestions based on listening habits.
